Topic	Have you ever played Ecco the Dolphin the video game?

I have beaten it, but never finished it all the way through. Trilobyte Circle, Dark Water and Welcome to the Machine are eeevil! I've also played Ecco Jr and the horrible Tides of Time. Cranked the difficulty up to the point where I personally found it more aggravating then fun, the soundtrack was a major step down. Had a lot of amazing ideas though. Are you sure we played the same game? It was a helluva lot easier than the first game. Welcome to the Machine alone is harder than that entire game. Not saying Tides of Time was easy, but one of the most improved things about that game was laying off on the difficulty a bit, not to mention giving you a difficulty selection before you start. Especially in the levels that ~~do Welcome to the Machine again. They actually give you hints on what direction to go instead of guessing and most likely getting crushed by the screen like you did in the original.~~ You should try it again. Seriously. HeyPuff posted... wtf I thought this game was about swimming around as a dolphin and doing dolphin things. Turns out its about an alien invasion I always love reading comments like this online. Whenever someone new to the series tries it out or hears about the crazy shit in it, I always love following along lol.
