His BSB2 is meh (good coverage but the damage can't really compete with the buffed abilities) and his USB is one of the worst in the game. His OSB is one of the better ones because of the damage multiplier increase on weakness and triple elements. The Dungeon update Lucky Draw tomorrow now has Legend Materia!
