Yes, I know Putin is only doing it for money. If most countries respect the sanctions on North Korea, Russia can fill that gap with their own products. I figured, though - maybe the reason we're being more strict on NK (and call me crazy) is because Kim Jong Un is completely out of control and needs to be tamed.
