Topic	Russia banned from the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Kuwait was banned during the 2016 Summer Olympics, one of their athletes even won gold so they played the Olympic anthem India was banned during the beginning of the 2014 Winter Olympics and became unbanned during the games so some of their athletes got to compete under the Indian flag.
