I took too long to actually get around to doing the torments and timed out having only done 3 of them, as in, I was in the process of killing the third one when they rotated out. If I'd killed it like 5 minutes earlier I could've done all 4 as I had my "A-Team" minus Rydia (needed her for the turtle) ready for the last one.
