So if it has to be legal, i want the same restrictions as smoking and drinking combined. No public places at all, in your home only, and only if you do not have kids, never in the car, even if you're not the driver. Caught driving high is immediate 1 year license suspension and maximum demerits on your license. Any accident caused by someone that is high is automatically held at fault no matter what, even if your sitting in your car and someone backs onto you, your at fault.
