Take away whether this is a violation of the first amendment: is it something that should be done? the truth is they have the right to kneel and those in power do have the right to replace them, and those who support them, if they don't want to associate with that. No ones rights are being violated here. I just think its silly that so many people are THIS upset about people choosing to silently and non-violently protest in this way. Its incredible how upset people get about it.
