There are some cases of bartenders getting convicted of pretty serious crimes if they knew somebody (who later on that night got into an accident of some kind) was pretty intoxicated in their presence and not doing something about it. I don't think they get in trouble if the person just gets arrested for a DUI though...since that would mean a lot of bartenders getting arrested. --- I am I - you are you.
