As for the written user reviews on that site, they account for only a fraction of the rating (1000 out of 120,000). You're dealing with a vocal angry minority who need to get their NERD RAGE on. Go to IMDB and look at the user reviews for TFA there. Just streams of negative reviews. No positive ones in sight. Now look at the overall score.
