The best case where you can keep your blinks up and use dark abilities is insanely good, it's basically thunder god mode + a chase that's about as strong as a 5* ability. Ultimaphazon - damn, those are some nice pulls! So what abilities should I make and hone then? For Shadow USB? ...the 5* dark elemental ninja abilities, obviously Any 4's worth it?
