Darkman124 12/25/17 3:41:48 PM #14: | pillars' combat is pretty flexible too once you get a grip on the DnD 4e based system you can execute some really powerful combos by chainining a series of spells that make the next spell in the series more likely to hit (ex: miasma->weakening interdiction->chill fog) which leaves all enemies blinded, at which point your archers and such can fuck 'em up good the nice thing about pillars is it has a lot more optional content for the player who wants to push the envelope with gameplay mechanics exploitation d:os feels awesome at low levels but by mid level a well built squad will destroy all the content in tactician with minimal effort --- And when the hourglass has run out, eternity asks you about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not. ...
