I usually use neutrogena T-sal shampoo once or twice a week, and then use head & shoulders on the other days. You can use selsun blue as well, but I used it sparingly cause it has a sulfury smell that I didn't want to be walking around with. Each anti-dandruff shampoo has different active ingredients to fight dandruff. It's good to switch between to help prevent your scalp from building up a resistance to one type of shampoo. See what happens if you try different shampoos throughout the week. I had horrible dandruff and that's what did the trick for me I see.
