Yesterday I was just weirdly emotional all day. I kind of just sat in the corner of the Christmas party not talking. Then I got home and I was really sad.

Today I was really social.

I still feel dizzy. Every sentence I misspell at least one word, in really obviously wrong ways.

Sorry to hear that. You going to the doc?

Nope. Why would I? They'd tell me I have a concussion and send me home. Apparently "check for spine injuries", but if boxers do this every week I don't see me dying.

Are you afraid to fall sleep?

That's a myth

I won't ask you anything, actually. I hope you can get some rest and feel better.

I didn't because I worked all day. I really should be resting more.

You have my empathy. I've had several, between sports, seizures, and accidents. I don't know if that other guy was kidding or ignorant when he made the CTE comment, but I legitimately plan on taking the test when the living test becomes available in a few years.

Maybe. This isn't the first bash to the head I've suffered.

If you're sure it's a concussion, make sure you get rest. But if you're not sure, go to the hospital to make sure it is head trauma. You can sleep a concussion off(sleep is the best thing for it), but not head trauma...

So I guess if I stay confused for more than 4 days or so I'll see a doctor. There's something scary sounding about progressively losing more and more brain cells by the day.
