Often, these disagreements are kept on the low or revealed much later. Mark instead did it right at the beginning, which means he likely was pissed. The video Fishy posted also further confirms his feelings. Disney probably saw the people were using Mark's disagreement to dislike the direction and they acted on it as damage control. Regardless of anything, if the main draw of the movie is coming out and saying these things, it will decrease box office potential. Shit has to be all positive from the studio side. George pulled that "white slavers" shit with TFA, and likely was forced to apologize as well for the same reasons a few days later. --- It all just disappears, doesn't it?
