Down to the two of those. Wife officially turned down San Diego. It would be a great place to live but the pay just doesnt scale with the high cost of living. Wed live in a great city but probably have to get a not so great apartment.

With St Louis shell be managing a huge NICU which would look great on her resume and well get to live in a nice industrial style loft right next to forest park which will be awesome. Theyre also willing to fly us there and completely pay for our move. Weve never really lived anywhere with a proper winter and even though STL seems pretty mild in comparison to places further north we have no experience dealing with snow or freezing temperatures.

With Little Rock shell actually be the head of an entire statewide initiative to improve their healthcare for premature babies which would also look amazing on a resume, the downside though is that Little Rock essentially seems to be a large small town. So wed lose out on a lot of the benefits of city living that were used to, and probably end up just renting a house in the suburbs. Also I assume that the area will be humid as all hell which is gross.
