The normal is lemon juice, simple syrup, bourbon and egg-white, shake it etc.

But I had some other things. It's 6 portions. I had 4 lemons, 1 lime, 1 clementine pressed for the citrus juice.

Got the bourbon, egg white and simple syrup. But I also add some coconut syrup (it's basically normal syrup with no coconut taste, just a different kind of sweetness)

So one drink is 1 part simple syrup, 2 parts citrus juice, 4 parts bourbon, one egg white and some of the coconut syrup to taste.

Mix all with ice except the egg, shake until cold, strain it to remove the ice, add the egg-white, shake until foamy. Pour.

So good man, I didn't care so much for the just lemony sour drink, I wanted more dimension to it so the lime and clementine makes it more complex and nice, the coconut syrup gives it a nice rounded sweetness that really makes it more rounded drink.

It's still sour but not too much, the egg is nice gives it a nice flavor and a fun foam.
