The way they treated the situation was way to hostile, they FAILED to assess the situation as they saw it on scene, and made the drunk boy jump through way more hoops then the girl. The way they acted was as if these drunk kids were hardcore gangbangers, gang members, cartel, bikers or some group that actively resists arrest and are likely armed.
