Yes.

Believe it or not, customers have just as much responsibility as the store does when it comes to money. Mistakes can happen on both ends; just because they are at fault isn't an invitation/pass for you to commit your own faults. You knew how much it was supposed to be when you went to check out, regardless if they do or not. (That's what those labels/stickers they put with the numbers are for. Before you say 'well it didn't have one when I went to get the item!', there is this thing called 'asking how much it is' before deciding to check out.) Look at it the opposite way. What if they overcharged you instead, for the exact same reasons as the first scenario? Would you leave without saying something? You can't have it one way and then not the other, just because it benefits you.
