All Nazis are guilty. Fuck Nazis. I don't think you need a set law. You can take scenarios as they come and use basic common sense. This isn't "fucking Nazis" Nazis have been successfully royally fucked. This is just spending tax payer money to make an incredibly old man's end of life a miserable agony filled squalor. You'd literally accomplish a stronger anti-Nazi sentiment by giving $1 to the Red Cross.
