I watched it a couple days ago and to be honest I found it kind of boring. Not fast paced enough, and was there even a single explosion?
Seriously though I found it kind of boring but intriguing enough to keep me interested.
It's not supposed to be fast paced or explosion heavy considering it's a detective story.
Yeah I know. The first sentence was supposed to be funny haha joke. "Boring" is pretty much a general term I use for anything that doesn't leave a lasting impression. In the end I didn't care for it but it was good enough to keep my attention.

To be honest though, I wasn't in the right state of mind when I watched Blade Runner 2049. I was a bit distracted so I'd have to watch it again and pay attention this time.
