Fatigue literally has hundreds of causes as part of the differential, but every schmuck is going to be "WELL I HAD LOW IRON SO OBVIOUSLY ITS THAT AND NOTHING ELSE." Then you get the people who are like, "Well there's no harm in trying" despite iron supplementation in someone with siderblastic anemia (for example) might make it worse, despite looking similar to iron-deficient anemia to the untrained eye. And medical people aren't going to give you an answer because it's impossible to diagnose properly over a forum post. I can't ask the several follow up questions in a reasonable time and I can't examine you. Then I can't confirm with labs and imaging.
