No, that sounds like a lot of work. I'm just going to look at how many calories are in food and eat lower than the amount of calories that I burn.

Well dont be dissapointed if you do not get the results because you didnt put in full effort. Anyway at the least you should avoid soda, deserts, and fried foods. Also avoid low quality processed foods. Health should be taken very seriously


That has nothing to do with weight loss. I could eat 1800 calories of twinkies in a day and lose tons of weight if my TDEE was 2300

This sounds dangerous. I'd go for about 2000; with consistent physical activity, it should be fine.

Also, use MyFitnessPal.

You don't know what you're talking about. 2000 is a totally arbitrary number based on the average person, MFP actually recommends 1840 for my goal which is barely above what the calculator I used suggested
