It would've been nice if you bothered to expand on your point rather than have someone else extrapolate meaning from your poorly worded post. The concept of people's tastes changing all throughout their lives isn't foreign to me, so it's not as though I didn't have the prior knowledge to comprehend your post, but when you say "23 is still practically a kid." you leave this up to interpretation. In most instances when I see something like this posted or said, it is meant as a "What do you know? You only think the way you do because you're a kid" jab.
I don't mean to come off as annoying or the type of person who will find a way to be negative about everything, but I really do wish you either elaborated or worded your post differently. It's possible to say what you were trying to say in a short, concise manner in a more accurate way.
I said it exactly how my folks said it to me when I was 23. Besides, using the qualifier practically showed I wasnt being dismissive or trolling.
