Xuxon 01/03/18 9:23:40 PM #175:	the problem with Ramza's USB is no haste. while it might be okay to run shout + USB in a physical focused party with a single self-buffing mage, i wouldn't leave Ramza as the only haste option in a 3 mage party. so there's often going to be room for both. for me, OK would be an upgrade in every conceivable way over Papalymo, and with 3 faithgas needed there would usually be room for both Ramza and OK. OK's physical USB doesn't have as much appeal to me.
