If an item rang up at a lower price than what was indicated, most likely not. The cashier isn't responsible for what an item initially rings up for, and neither of us is responsible for a computer error.

If I wasn't charged for an item at all, I probably would mention it, depending on when I noticed.

If I got too much change, then I definitely would mention it, but not even for the store's sake. Cashiers are responsible for their drawers. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but I can make sure they don't literally pay for theirs.
