I forgot to say, the two Crystal helms were nice but my luck was TERRIBLE when it came to drawing 5* for about the first year of the game. I remember I didn't get my first soul break until the Garnet/Vivi event about three months in. That was at the time of the first soul break fest and I went 2/55 on draws. Later we had the first lucky draws and I was 1/44. Worst of all was the original Shout banner where I did 6 pulls plus 100 gem and went 4/67 and the 4 were some of the worst relics imaginable: 2 Chameleon Robes, and off-banner Noble's Armguard (XIV), and an off-banner Judgment Staff (V).

Thankfully I think my luck has balanced out since then... I still get runs of awful pulls but they've been balanced out by some really good pulls. This was my best draw ever, from the last fest:
