If it's to "protect" other people then that seems a little silly seeing as women account for very few of the overall terrorist population. If it's to safeguard women's rights that's also flawed seeing as women could be the ones choosing to wear it and we don't knit pick other religious practices such as circumcision (I'm not some weird anti-circumcision believer, just pointing out the hypocrisy).
