Pretty sure they all work on the opioid receptors When I say opiate like, I mean the ones that straight up mimic the effects of say, Percocet. The maeng da ones don't quite do that. The one that most mimics prescription opiates is the UEI, aka ultra enhanced indo. I always got a warm energy from prescription painkillers (unless i overdid it). I've tried green maeng da and if anything to me it was like oxy lite. The powerful red strains felt more like dope lite.
