Yes you can. Cause you can understand how life works. Im okay with the fact my father passed away because i understand he had cancer and died. Im okay with his passing cause 1. I know he's not suffering. 2. I understand that life and death unfortunately go hand in hand... Doesn't mean its not sad or a tragedy. It just means i am able to accept the negative aspects of life.
