Because people should be considered innocent until proven guilty?

There's a huge difference between believing someone, but still waiting for the legal process to play out properly and immediately assuming they're lying about it and just want attention or to ruin someone's life.

But TC, people irl don't typically do that, just bitter internet nerds who have a bitterness towards women because they won't sleep with them. They spend so much time in bitter woman hating communities online that constantly post about false rape accusations and such they delude themselves into believing that it's always like that.
Generally irl it's the exact opposite where you might be jumping the gun to 100% believe a rape accusation as fact when it might not be.

The proper way to handle it is an to generally believe they're more than likely telling the truth, but not treat an accusation as a proven fact immediately.
