Topic	Why do people assume rape accusations are typically false?

Because the criminal aspect is literally unprovable, and even in the tiny handful of cases where you can show malicious intent, the case gets dropped and the woman sees zero legal reprecussions. Because hugely popularized cases turning out to be not only fabrications but malicious ones poisons the well.
