That isn't really true. I lost weight when I started lifting because I just don't eat enough food.

Were you already overweight when you started lifting? Or really skinny?

Skinny.
Went from 5'9 165 to 5'9 152. Everyone says "I look bigger or like I've been lifting" when I lost weight. Had to get some of my pants tailored.
