That said, he quite plainly has narcissistic personality disorder and I don't think anyone can reasonably dispute that, so he's already mentally unwell. Yes, this is not as bad as something like dementia and, in theory at least, doesn't make him incapable of delivering sound judgement on matters of national importance, but it does make him easily manipulable, something that has been recognized and capitalized on both domestically and abroad. My argument here is that you allow people who are narcissists to provide you the news every day, if his narcissism was an issue, then it would have been mentioned as one by the doctor.
