Topic	Trump administration bars Haitians from U.S. visas for low-skilled work

The employer still has his product made or service role filled which contributes to the economy. Why should Americans be preferred over Haitians who obtain work through legal means. Shouldn't the American lace up his boots and obtain a skill so he doesn't have to work this low skilled job? --- Sometimes people come along and they want to change things.
