Not that I have a problem with a weird round about way to help with the recovery effort but that country needs a fucking regime change. There's no reason that island should be a massive tourist destination. Their economy should be fucking thriving. Anyways, seems easier to fight the fraud than tell the ~100 people/y to go fuck themselves.
