Well now. I never knew this. I'm still okay with them denying Haiti on the basis of the 40% that overstay as long as the visas go to a country that follows the rules set in place. I'm curious though, why even have that type of visa in place? Like, what right does someone have to complain about not having a job when there are jobs available? I understand that a lot of theae jobs suck, but I've worked plenty of shit jobs to make ends meet.
