First off, you're responding to my question with the opposite scenario. Second, for that scenario I already previously mentioned that it's less bothersome for somebody who was ignored to find out that they've been unignored, but that usually raises the question of "When was I unignored?" and this just makes that faster. Personally, when somebody blocked me and then unblocked me, I like knowing that I've been unblocked.
