I rarely use the damage boost RMs at this point - mostly in jump starts. In Magicites I'm usually using MM/DMT/Ace Striker/Battleforged/Thunder God's Might. So in that case the bonus would be 1.3/1.15 = 1.13. Although it sounds like a lot of super fast Magicite clears don't use SBs so in that case the 1.4 damage RM is obviously better.
