I use both Tidus and Zack's chains to sub 30 LF and Golem and Bartz does cap pretty early with Snowspell strike on Golem so I'd much rather have the relic than the damage boost for that boss. I'm also thinking about using Rinoa's chain for Fenrir with Bartz but that's a mixed party and Fenrir would absorb the chases.
