actually, it sounds to me like these women just have problems settling. :v they have really high expectations for men, and most men can't reach them. I guess white women have just resigned themselves to the fact that most guys are kind of big babies.
It said black women are disproportionately more single than their white counter parts. There's Much more than personality issues

I propose the reason for the trend OP stated is due to all the single black women in charge of these commercials, and they are projecting their wants and fantasies into the ads. These black women put white men on pedestals, like they're trophies, and they only want to be with white men so they can show off their social status to the world.
