Topic	Is there a form of racism that's not based on xenophobia?

For example, someone can believe that (insert race/culture/religion) is superior to (insert other race/culture/religion). Or that another isn't 'fully human' or whatever else. They're certainly not afraid of anything, just seeing it as inferior to them. These are all good points! I think you're right, but I also think that sometimes said belief that a certain race is better than another may be influenced by outside political pressures of a xenophobic nature.
