Self-hating racism. Also, I don't think it's based on 'Xenophobia' all that often. For example, someone can believe that (insert race/culture/religion) is superior to (insert other race/culture/religion). Or that another isn't 'fully human' or whatever else. They're certainly not afraid of anything, just seeing it as inferior to them.

These are all good points!

I think you're right, but I also think that sometimes said belief that a certain race is better than another may be influenced by outside political pressures of a xenophobic nature. Human beings when put into positions of power start believing some pretty zany garbage, it would appear to seem.
