I assume you meant "you're not like me". Otherwise you're describing misanthropy and would dislike everyone.

Racism caused by "you're not like me" is easy to fix. Over time you eventually accept that not being like you causes no harm and there is no reason to not like that other person.

Racism can also be caused by bad experiences with another person. That experience is then associated with other people who share traits with that person. Instead of "you're not like me" the cause is "you are like him".
