Topic	I had a heart attack and now I'm being falsly imprisoned by the hospital.

It does seem somewhat strange... Barring an actual serious problem (which to be honest, anyone worth their salt should be hesitant to say on here), it doesn't entirely add up. But then again, as I said, I don't know the laws for hospital detainment in the US. It's not adding up because it's illegal. You need to be incapacitated to be restrained. They are simply basing it on me taking showers and saying I wanted pneumonia (I never meantioned that). This was enough to deem me unfit because I don't want to stay in patient for OCD treatment. There's no body here to double check this from any outside sources. What they say is the truth. They've lied to me several times during this trip. Stuff easily disproved in their own handbook. Only court can dismantle their BS. They know what they're doing is wrong. They know no one is going to do anything. They are doing this probably so they can destroy any story of me being touched like that to convert themselves. "Oh, he's crazy, don't believe him" HBOSS posted... Heart Attack @ 31?! They not gonna discharge you until they do something like put you on blood pressure pills + monitor you or give you a pacemaker or something. The stress when you leave will still be there and the heart attack is likely to happen again. They'll discharge you when theyre ready. Another thing is I don't think people get heart attacks at 31. Seems to me you could be a walking study. So you'll go through various tests to determine how to remedy whatever condition youre in. They did all this. Some loser psychiatrist stepped in and made up bullshit and now that's fact to them and no one will "go against a psychiatrist's advice."
