if anything they are evidence that it doesn't matter your political stance, when you're disrespectful to other users people dislike you


I don't necessarily agree with the logic (as each of these posters are relatively fringe, so if users were voting based on "do I agree with their political opinions?" they would all still demonstrate low likability). But mostly I think that these two things probably go hand in hand. Posters with extreme political views are more likely to be obnoxious, and often focused, only posting their political rhetoric. I find anyone who posts only about politics to be annoying, need a little bit more meat so that the discussion goes somewhere.
