So I should go to jail? that'd be up to a jury to decide What's your opinion? if you literally just said "go rob a bank" to someone once and they went and did it i don't think you should be charged. but that's also not what is happening here. they aren't going to arrest you for saying "kill yourself" to a person once. this type of charge is due to a history of repeated abuse or coercion to get someone to kill themselves. I guess you can also be charged for saying you're going to harm the president... I get it, but where is the line drawn? "Lol!
