Dems for sure. They're often overly moralizing, patronizing, and flat-out hypocritical on almost every issue. However the most recent generation have become effective communistic whiners with no concept of reality. They talk about things like how it's wrong to stereotype people based on their origin, lifestyle, or beliefs, then promptly label anyone who disagrees with them as being a bible-belt dwelling redneck who is too stupid to grasp simple concepts such as 'morals' and sleeps with their cousins. Talk about how oppressive the farmer who spends all day working the fields is from their coffee houses and luxury smart phones. Claim that land belongs to indigenous peoples and imperialism needs to die before proclaiming anyone with even a bit of concern over immigration as being a racist nazi searching for a final solution.

Their party is so corrupt and rotten that they were up against the person who has been the literal butt of presidential jokes for DECADES now and STILL lost! A sock-puppet could have beaten Trump! Yet they found and supported the one person who could lose to a sock-puppet! Their 'assassination' of Bernie showed how corrupt the party is beyond it's utopian-sounding ideals. Meanwhile the republicans get cast as being on-par with Sith lords for simply existing. There are places today where simply not espousing democratic ideals can get you fired or hurt; yet it's the evil republican whom is out to destroy everything!

I'm not saying that the republican party is, somehow, innocent and not guilty of some major problems. They oppose quite a few things which should be worrisome to say the least. However, most republicans I've seen IRL tend to be respectful and even a bit frightened to express their political ideals while most democrats seem to be willing to mob dissenters and wield microphones to preach their beliefs. If I had to pick an evil party, my vote goes to the one that, IRL, I've seen make the opposing party outright terrified to even acknowledge their party.

That's crazy though. Can't have a rational discussion with crazy. It's harder to be a moderate liberal right now than a moderate republican just because of those sorts. Key word there is moderate. The right has those sorts too. Problem is the rights crazys hold positions of power now while for the most part the moderates have held control of the Dems. Nationally at least.

Niether are evil. Evil exists but it extremely rare.

The people you mentioned getting censored and fired usually aren't being moderate and have trouble separating the ideas from the people. Like, modern mid east culture has a terrorist problem but that doesn't mean you can call them names or threaten them with violence. Same with illegals, funny how you only hear about the ones that speak Spanish when there are a ton of other races and cultures that are guilty too. The first amendment protects you from legal prosecution. Not social or professional consequences.
