It should stop being a worry soon enough. I always just power through it if I had to avoid working something and then start up when healed. If you're so sore that you can't do basic things like use stairs then you may want to avoid that workout or use less weight that day. If you're just a little sore then you're fine. --- PSN: Jiek ...
