Yeah, same here.

In the end, that's pretty much what's going to happen, largely on its own.
A boardroom full of 20 old white guys isn't suddenly "diverse" by adding a nigh-ceremonial 21st seat and sticking a woman or black guy in it.

Forced diversity isn't actual diversity, regardless of who's forcing it.


Having X% of your company/board be women or black people or brown people or white-people-from-a-different-country-in-Europe or unicorn-kin isn't actual diversity either.
