so when i said
"Literally all you have to do is say your pet is a service animal and they are not allowed to ask you for paperwork, or for what disability you need the animal."

you said i was wrong and proceeded to say

If the disabled person doesnt have their paperwork, the business just has to take them at their word.

which is more or less exactly what i told you dingus

I was more saying wrong wrong wrong because you were trying to correct me when I was in fact right in my first post. Service dogs do get certified and businesses have every right to ask for papers, they just cant demand them.

no, what you said was

People with service animals carry documentation with them at all times so the animals can go places theyre typically not allowed.

and that is factually wrong. they do not need that paperwork to let their dogs go places they are typically not allowed because (with very few exceptions) no business is allowed to demand it.

Is this going to be one of those times when you pretend not to have a plan until the last moment? And then turn out to really not have one?
