Why is it that democrats would sit on their hands when he's talking about how the black unemployment rate is at its lowest ever in recorded history? Isn't that something that both sides of the aisle should be happy about? More jobs is good for everyone. It's just politicians being politicians. Republicans did the same shit when Obama gave his SOTUs.
